History
The Cenci family has worked the land at San Biagio della Valle, south of Perugia, for four generations, around a rural settlement built by Olivetan monks in 1687.
It makes about 30,000 bottles, all organic and additive-free, from its own vines led by Grechetto di Todi and Trebbiano Spoletino.
