Po Delta rice
Japonica rice of the superfino group grown on the reclaimed land of the Po delta, admitted in nine varieties including Carnaroli, Volano, Baldo, Arborio, Cammeo, Karnak, Telemaco, Caravaggio and Keope. The grain is large and holds its shape in the pan.
