Where it is made

The whole territory of Bagnolo in Piano, Cadelbosco di Sopra, Campagnola Emilia, Castelnovo Sotto, Correggio, Fabbrico, Novellara, Poviglio, Rio Saliceto and S. Martino in Rio, plus part of Boretto, Brescello, Campegine, Gattatico, Gualtieri, Guastalla, Reggio Emilia, Reggiolo, Rolo and Rubiera.

How it is made

Grown in open field or under fully removable protective cover, small tunnel or cold greenhouse, following the traditional cultivation of the zone, starting from seedlings raised in a seedbed for transplanting.
