Art. 2: Alcamo Bianco (anche spumante/vendemmia tardiva) = Catarratto ≥60% + Ansonica(Inzolia)/Grillo/Grecanico/Chardonnay/Muller Thurgau/Sauvignon fino al 40%. Also Rosato and Rosso (anche riserva/novello) + a full set of monovarietals (Catarratto/Ansonica/Grillo/Grecanico/Chardonnay/Muller Thurgau/Sauvignon whites; Calabrese-Nero d'Avola/Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot/Syrah reds). The Classico specification is reserved to the white.
