History
Volpe Pasini is one of Friuli's oldest wineries, its villa and cellars dating to 1596 in the Colli Orientali near Togliano. Since the 1960s only its finest wines have carried the historic Zuc di Volpe cru label, a parcel credited with producing perhaps the first estate-bottled Italian Pinot Bianco; today it is a Colli Orientali white specialist.
