History
Bastianich brought a transatlantic profile to the Colli Orientali. Joe Bastianich, whose mother Lidia is a famous US chef, founded the estate in 1997 in his family's ancestral Friuli. Its flagship Vespa Bianco, a structured, age-worthy blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Picolit, and the Friulano 'Plus' put the estate among the region's names to know.
