The Dario Coos winery sits at Ramandolo above Nimis, the home of Friuli's singular sweet Verduzzo, where vine-growing dates to the late 1800s. A specialist in Ramandolo, which in 2001 became Friuli's first DOCG, Coos makes the traditional botrytised passito Il Longhino from 100% Verduzzo Friulano.
