Oliva Minuta
Minuta Olive
A rare old Sicilian olive cultivar of the Nebrodi, concentrated in the Fitàlia valley and around Castell'Umberto and Sinagra. It accounts for roughly 90 per cent of the groves higher in those hills, and stands up to bad weather better than the Santagatese.
