Extra-virgin olive oil from the Iblei plateau, optionally carrying one of the named sub-zone mentions. At least 80 per cent must come from Tonda Iblea, Moresca, Nocellara Etnea, Verdese, Biancolilla or Zaituna and their synonyms.
