History
Manincor is one of Alto Adige's grand biodynamic estates, centred on the Castel Campan by Lake Caldaro and held by the Goëss-Enzenberg family for generations. Count Michael, a trained oenologist, converted the whole estate to biodynamics in 2005. Its wines, from the white blends Sophie and Eichhorn to the Bordeaux-and-Lagrein Réserve del Conte and the Cassiano, are among the region's most distinctive.
