History
Mario and Manuela Paoluzi began I Custodi in 2007 on the north face of Etna, guardians of old vines and dry-stone walls in Contrada Moganazzi.
Over about eighteen hectares of native vines they make the Etna Rosso and Bianco, such as Aetneus and Ante.
