History
Cottanera's roots go to 1962, when Francesco Cambria bought land near Randazzo; his son Guglielmo built a winery in the late 1980s and the first Cottanera-labelled wines appeared in the mid-1990s. Now led by the third Cambria generation with uncle Enzo, the estate makes contrada-specific Etna wines from native varieties.
