A small certified-organic estate on the Murgia plateau at around 400 metres outside Gioia del Colle, on karst soils with big day-night swings; old Primitivo vines, a plot fermented in Umbrian clay amphorae.

History
Cristiano Guttarolo founded his organic estate near Gioia del Colle in 2004 to reveal a more elegant, high-altitude Primitivo. Working naturally with spontaneous fermentation and long skin maceration, he made his mark with an amphora Primitivo and the old-vine Lamie delle Vigne, becoming one of Puglia's most admired natural growers.
