PresidioCinque Terre Sciacchetrà

A few hectares of harsh mountain coast terraced down to the sea grow bosco, albarola and vermentino for Sciacchetrà, an old and noble passito. Gold with amber lights, intense on the nose with honey in it, harmonious and long with an almond finish. The grapes dry out of the sun for over 70 days and the wine is released after at least a year, though it can go on for ten and more.
