History
Clementi was founded in 1969 by lawyer Pietro Clementi as a family cellar in the Marano valley, at the heart of Valpolicella Classica, and became a full production winery in 2003.
Three of his five children, Maria, Bernardino and Maurizio, now run the estate, farming Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Oseleta under the Consorzio Tutela Vini della Valpolicella's sustainable protocols, and are members of Italy's federation of independent winemakers.
