History
The Follador family, long a line of Valdobbiadene farmers, sold their wine in bulk for generations before the first bottling trials in the early 1980s and the first commercial release in 1983.
Loris Follador makes Prosecco the old way — 'sui lieviti', with spontaneous re-fermentation in the bottle on its own must sugars rather than the Charmat method.
The wines are naturally cloudy 'col fondo' frizzante.
