History
The Köfererhof near Novacella is a centuries-old Valle Isarco farm that long sold its grapes to the local abbey and cooperative; in 1995 Günther Kerschbaumer began bottling under the estate's own name. His age-worthy Sylvaner, Kerner and Riesling made Köfererhof one of the valley's reference white producers.
