History
Garofoli is one of the historic houses of the Marche, dating to 1871 when Antonio Garofoli made wine for pilgrims at Loreto. Over five generations it became a Verdicchio pioneer, its single-vineyard Podium among the most awarded Verdicchios in Italy, while its Grosso Agontano is a benchmark Rosso Conero from Montepulciano.
