History
La Tollara was founded in the early 2000s by sisters Mariolina and Federica Bolzoni, who run the estate together at Cortina di Alseno.
The winery's approach centers on vine health and a pruning method meant to strengthen the plants against disease, producing Gutturnio, Malvasia, Ortrugo and passito wines of the Colli Piacentini.
