Francesco Cobellis, a doctor drawn to the land, began planting vines at Vallo della Lucania in the 1970s, in the heart of the Cilento park.

The estate works about eighteen hectares of mostly native grapes, making Paestum whites like the Coda di Volpe and Cilento reds.
