History
Ippolito 1845, whose name marks the year Vincenzo Ippolito carved his initials on his Cirò cottage, is the oldest winery in Calabria. Rebuilt after the First World War with the first modern cellar in Cirò, it is now run by the fifth generation across three estates and champions the native Gaglioppo, notably the Colli del Mancuso from its oldest vineyard.
