Canicattì table grape
Table grapes of the Italia cultivar, the Pirovano 65 cross of Bicane and Moscato d'Amburgo, grown in the Canicattì country. Bunches are medium-large, conical-pyramidal and properly loose, the berries medium-large and spheroidal-ellipsoidal.

How it is made
The flesh is fleshy and crisp, sweet with a delicate muscat aroma; the skin runs from pale yellow to golden straw and may show a few brown flecks. Sugar must reach at least 17 °Brix.
