Sabina extra-virgin olive oil
One of Italy's oldest olive-oil designations, from the Sabine hills north-east of Rome. At least 75 per cent must come from Carboncella, Leccino, Raja, Pendolino, Frantoio, Moraiolo, Olivastrone, Salviana, Olivago and Rosciola.
