Pomodoro Pizzutello delle Valli Ericine
Ericine Valley Pizzutello Tomato
A small round tomato that turns bright red when ripe and carries a pointed tip at the base, the pizzo that names it. It is grown without irrigation, as it has been for generations, in the red, salt-rich earth of the valleys running from Monte Erice down to the sea at Trapani.
