How it is made
Sown into seedbeds in summer and planted out. The sprouts start just before Christmas, purple and finely branched. The central shoot is cut at the end of January or beginning of February, which sets the plant making laterals, and those are cut in turn before flowering, continuously, so that new ones come, up until Easter.
