Carciofo Bianco di Pertosa
Pertosa White Artichoke
A rare white artichoke from Pertosa and neighbouring Auletta, Caggiano and Salvitelle. The heads are spineless, large, round and globular, with a distinctive hole at the top and flesh pale enough to give it its name.
