History
The Gini family has owned the Salvarenza vineyard at Monteforte d'Alpone since 1852, and brothers Sandro and Claudio Gini turned the estate into a Soave benchmark. Their single-vineyard La Frosca and the barrel-aged Contrada Salvarenza Vecchie Vigne, from century-old and pre-phylloxera Garganega, are among the finest whites of Soave Classico.
