History
Dal Forno Romano is a cult name of Amarone. Inspired by a formative meeting with Giuseppe Quintarelli, Romano Dal Forno set out in 1983 to make the most concentrated, perfectionist wine possible from the Val d'Illasi. With extreme yields, long drying and long ageing, his Amarone and Valpolicella Superiore Monte Lodoletta are among the most sought-after and expensive wines of Veneto.
