La Source was founded in 2003 at Saint-Pierre, near its namesake castle, by young growers from Aosta Valley farming families; Stefano Celi went full-time in 2005 and drives the estate today.
Its 7.5 hectares of steep vineyards, from 650 to 900 meters, yield Valle d'Aosta DOC wines including Torrette, Cornalin, Petite Arvine and Chardonnay.
