History

The Caruso family have grown vines at Marsala since Antonino Caruso rebuilt after phylloxera in the late 1800s, with a cellar in a stone baglio of 1904.

In 2000 his grandsons Stefano, Roberto and Francesco joined the Minini family to found Caruso & Minini; it is now led by the granddaughters Rosanna and Giovanna.
