History
Giacomo Ansaldi, enologist and historian of Marsala, built the family estate in the Florio district on cultural heritage and research, farming organically.
From about eleven hectares he makes organic Grillo, Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola and sweet wines, alongside oil and ancient-grain bread at the Baglio Donna Franca.
