History
Olianas at Gergei, in inland Sarcidano, is the Casadei family's Sardinian estate, developed by Tuscan winemaker Stefano Casadei with Artemio Olianas in the early 2000s. Farmed biodynamically and vinified partly in amphora, it follows Casadei's 'BioIntegrale' method and makes characterful reds and whites from native Sardinian varieties.
