History

Founded in 1975 by thirteen local growers, the Cooperativa Produttori Erbaluce di Caluso today counts around 150 members who together farm roughly 80 percent of the Erbaluce vineyards in the Caluso zone.

The cellar was an early adopter of cryomaceration for Erbaluce and produces the full range of Caluso DOCG styles, from dry whites to the traditional Passito and Passito Riserva, alongside Canavese DOC reds.
