History
Azienda Agraria Fiorini is a standard-bearer of Bianchello del Metauro, the ancient white of the Metauro valley made from the local Biancame grape. Farming at Barchi since the early 20th century, the family, now led by Carla Fiorini, has championed the appellation organically, its Sant'Ilario and the barrel-influenced Andrea Fiorini showing Bianchello can be more than a simple everyday white.
