History
Cantina Castellani was built by Sauro Castellani in the Bolignano/Candia district of Ancona, where he planted a new vineyard with the ambition of making wine as naturally as possible.
The estate works with strict rules including no herbicides, hand harvesting, low yields, no added sugar or acid, strict yeast selection and minimal sulfites, producing Rosso Conero DOC and DOCG alongside a Marche Rosato IGT.
