About twelve hectares around Castelnuovo Magra in the Colli di Luni on the Ligurian–Tuscan border, centred on the Costa Marina hillside above the Luni plain, planted mainly to Vermentino with sea-facing southwest exposures.

History
Ottaviano Lambruschi left work in the Carrara marble quarries in the mid-1970s and used his severance to buy an overgrown hillside plot, Costa Marina, at Castelnuovo Magra, replanting it to Vermentino before the Colli di Luni DOC even existed (established 1989). His son Fabio joined in 1985 and now runs the twelve-hectare estate, whose Costa Marina Vermentino is a benchmark for the appellation.
