History
Beniamino Zidarich founded his estate on the Trieste Carso in 1988, expanding a half-hectare into eight hectares of terraced Karst vineyards devoted to native varieties. Working traditionally with indigenous yeasts, he built a striking five-level cellar dug twenty metres into the rock in 2009; his skin-contact Vitovska (Prulke, Kamen) is a Carso benchmark.
