Veneto olive oil
One DOP covering three named Veneto olive zones. Veneto Valpolicella is built on Grignano or Favarol at 50 per cent or more, with Leccino, Casaliva or Frantoio, Maurino, Pendolino, Leccio del Corno and Trep or Drop making up the rest; Veneto Euganei e Berici and Veneto del Grappa each have their own varietal recipe.
