Varzese-ottonese-tortonese Cattle

One breed under many names: Varzese, Tortonese, Ottonese, Cabellotta and Montana, and Biunda in dialect for its golden-blond coat. It was once common across the Lombard plain, around Alessandria and Pavia, and in the Apennines behind La Spezia.
