Capsicum annuum chillies sold fresh or dried, whole, in pieces, in flakes or ground. The permitted varieties include Amando, Barbarian, Corno di capra, Cayenna, Ciliegia, Pinocchio, Red devil, Rodeo, Picaro, Shakira and Trottolino amoroso, known locally as Naso di cane.
