Pecorino Crotonese DOP
Crotone pecorino
A cylindrical sheep cheese with flat or slightly convex faces and a straight to slightly convex heel, sold fresh, semi-hard and aged. Fresh wheels run 0.5 to 1.2 kg small and 1.3 to 3 kg medium.
