An extra-virgin olive oil from the hills behind the Rimini and Forlì-Cesena coast, blended to a fixed recipe: Correggiolo at a minimum of 60 per cent, Leccino at no more than 40, with a little pendolino, moraiolo or rossina permitted.

Where it is made
Comuni of the province of Rimini including Coriano, Gemmano, Mondaino, Montefiore Conca, Saludecio, San Clemente, Torriana and Verucchio, plus the inland parts of Misano Adriatico, Riccione and Rimini above the SS16, and comuni in Forlì-Cesena.
How it is made
Correggiolo minimum 60 per cent, Leccino maximum 40 per cent, plus up to 10 per cent of the minor local varieties pendolino, moraiolo and rossina.
