Brisighella extra-virgin olive oil
An extra-virgin olive oil from the Romagna hills, made from at least 90 per cent Nostrana di Brisighella, a variety that grows almost nowhere else. Up to 10 per cent of other varieties present in the groves may make up the rest.

Where it is made
All or part of the comuni of Brisighella, Faenza, Riolo Terme, Casola Valsenio and Modigliana, in the provinces of Ravenna and Forlì-Cesena.
How it is made
Olives must be grown in the defined zone across the Ravenna and Forlì provinces, in groves where Nostrana di Brisighella accounts for no less than nine olives in ten.
