How it is made

Made exclusively from whole raw cow's milk. The zone is the whole province of Sondrio plus the alpeggi of eight Alta Valle Brembana comuni in Bergamo, and the Varrone, Artino and Lareggio pastures in Introbio and Premana, province of Lecco.
