Bianchetta Trevigiana

White grapeVeneto, Italy (Treviso province)
← Grapes

Also known as Bianchetta.

A soft, gentle white grape of the Veneto, native to the Treviso hills, most often blended into Prosecco rather than bottled on its own.

Registered in the National Vine Variety Register (MASAF scheda 27); several Trevigiano disciplinari, including Montello Asolo o Asolo Montello's own registration text, use the historic local short name "Bianchetta" for this same canonical variety.
