History
The Lentsch family, from Bergamo, founded Tenuta di Castellaro on the Castellaro plateau of Lipari in 2005, the only Lipari estate in the Malvasia consortium.
It works about twenty-two hectares of bush vines and makes some 70,000 bottles, from the sweet Malvasia to the dry Bianco Pomice.
