History
The de Gregorio family has held the Baglio di Sirignano, in the Monreale countryside between the Belice valley and the low hills of Alcamo, since 1730, cultivating vines and olives on the estate.
Gregorio de Gregorio founded the winery in 1990 on part of the historic Feudo Sirignano, began converting to organic farming in 1998 and gained certification in 2010; the estate, now run by Massimo de Gregorio, produces Monreale DOC wines alongside a wine-resort and small agricultural museum on site.
