Gaglio Vignaioli traces its roots to the early 1900s at Tindari, on the Tyrrhenian coast of Messina, and is led today by Flora Mondello and her daughter Maria Teresa.
It makes the Mamertino, the historic Messina red of Nocera and Nero d'Avola; Flora chairs the Mamertino DOC association.
