History
Salvatore Ferrandes, of a family of Spanish origin present on Pantelleria for six centuries, works about two and a half hectares of alberello Zibibbo organically with his wife Dominica.
From sun-dried grapes he makes a single wine, the Passito di Pantelleria, some four to five thousand bottles a year.
