History
The enologist Piero Cella founded Quartomoro as a teaching and research winery at Arborea in 2011, with his wife Luciana and son Alberto.
Its Memorie di Vite project vinifies Sardinian grapes one variety at a time; the estate joined the Banca del Vino of Pollenzo in 2016.
